	*	ASIC's 02/273 class order allowing the use of business matching services;
	*	Section 708 disclosure exceptions;
		the 20/12/2 rule for small scale offerings;
	*	sophisticated and unsophisticated investors;
	*	who needs an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL);
	*	applying for an AFSL; and
