Changes
to the Family Law Act - mean Courts now have the power to split
superannuation assets of separating couples. That
means the old formula - mum gets the house, dad gets the super
- may be on the way out. And hopefully - divorce won't necessarily
be a choice between being asset-rich and super-poor or visa versa.
