The
Employment and Workplace Relations team provides a broad range of employment

We

our clients emerging employee related needs. Our practice covers issues
ranging from dispute resolution and negotiations to remuneration planning,
contract management, policy development, business protection, including
restraints, and short and long-term incentive schemes and equity arrangements.
We
can advise on the reasonable precautions necessary for your organisation
in terms of equal opportunity, occupational health and safety and prevention
of harassment and help you implement them.
Our employment and workplace relations services also include:

and managing employee relations, individual employment arrangements,
appraisal systems and workplace reform strategies |

managing and resolving industrial disputes |
| • |
advising

Whilst
prevention is the best cure to avoid legal difficulty and protect your
interests, we acknowledge that workplaces and practices are constantly
changing. It can be difficult to keep abreast of legal rights and obligations.
We work with our clients to manage employment law and workplace issues
before they become problematic, and to provide tailored and practical
legal solutions that recognise our client’s commercial objectives.
Our focus is on resolving matters to achieve commercial solutions, protect
valuable assets, and importantly, to serve each client’s best
interests.
