commercial office property which involved masking the identity
of the buyer, negotiating the refurbishment of the building, negotiating
an agreement for lease and the successful on-sale of the property
to a listed property trust. |

for a property developer in the acquisition of an interest in
a harbourside development site which resulted in considerable
savings in stamp duty and reduction in the funding required for
the project, negotiation of the joint venture arrangement and
division of the property upon completion of the development. |

investors acquire and dispose of property in a tax effective manner. |

commercial/industrial development site and advising on the complexities
