Andrew Quigley BA, LLB - Principal
Andrew Quigley’s practice encompasses commercial litigation matters, including large and complex litigation acting for a range of clients in the High Court, Federal and District Courts as well as the Supreme Court of NSW and the NSW Court of Appeal. Andrew’s clients include property developers, manufacturers, building and construction clients and mortgage brokers.
Andrew acts for liquidators and receivers and managers in respect of insolvency litigation, together with acting for creditors in respect of large scale bankruptcy proceedings. At the present time Andrew’s practice includes acting for clients in respect of the following areas of law:

2. Trade practices litigation;
3. Debt recovery;
4. Insolvency Litigation;
