Sonntag BA Dip Law - Principal 
Fiona Sonntag practices in both the Business and Commercial Teams and the Property Team, principally in SME advisory matters and commercial property transactions. She is a member of the financial services team providing general commercial and property advice, financing transactions including preparation of loan agreements, charges, mortgages, assignments of rental agreements and guarantees..
Fiona has been instrumental in the development of an innovative commercial property acquisition product for the small property investor which has been enthusiastically adopted. She has acted for several listed public companies in relation to major property transactions including acquisitions, leasing and disposal of CBD property and a number of property developers with an emphasis in partition and venture arrangements.
Fiona heads our private client estate practice assisting with applications for probate, administration of estates, contentious estates and advises clients regarding family estate planning.
A particular interest in sale and purchase of businesses has led Fiona to host seminars and develop a business succession and legal audit service to assist business owners to maximise the value of their businesses in preparation for sale.
