Susan Parker has over 25 years experience in legal practice and is committed to providing clients with expert advice and assistance for the lowest cost possible. This entails trying to settle or mediate in all cases but being ready to litigate where necessary.
Susan has chosen to specialise in family law as her interest is in helping clients to resolve issues in an empathetic manner. Susan deals with all aspects of family law, including children's matters, property disputes, Hague Convention matters, binding financial agreements and same sex agreements or disputes.
Susan has completed training in Collaborative Law and Mediation and focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution methods to achieve the best results for our clients.
Susan's expertise includes preparing binding financial agreements; resolving property entitlements for clients who have separated; advising and acting on behalf of clients in relation to children's issues; advising and acting on behalf of clients in Property (Relationships) Act matters; and advising on asset protection generally.
